Here's what to keep in mind when organizing an outdoor wedding:

Outdoor weddings typically have a civil ceremony character. To organize them, you should go to the Civil Registry Office. In the case of organizing a wedding in our hotel's park, it would be the Civil Registry Office in Bielawa, located at Pl. Wolności. There, together with an official, you will determine the date and time of the ceremony and sign the necessary documents. The cost of organizing a wedding outside the registry office is 1000 zł.
Decorations
One of the most important elements of an outdoor wedding is the decorations. They usually have a natural style and consist of flowers and grasses. An arch adorned with flowers, creating a beautiful backdrop for photos, columns decorated with beautiful plants, and a carpet are elements of decoration that add charm to the official ceremony. Many couples hire a decorator for this purpose, whose creations result in magical arrangements. In our hotel, we cooperate with companies for whom decorating outdoor weddings is routine, and the effect of their work leaves wedding guests in awe.
Music
Music is also an important part of an outdoor wedding. The couple usually chooses a band or a DJ who will be responsible for creating the appropriate atmosphere during the ceremony and reception. The music can be tailored to the style and character of the celebration, but it is often an expression of the couple's taste. Instrumental ensembles composed of violinists or harpists are often a popular option.

Organizing a wedding outdoors provides a unique backdrop for important elements of the whole celebration, such as well-wishes for the newlyweds and a toast with sparkling wine. Photo sessions from such an event will be a special memento of the day. In the case of our park, we organize a Prosecco toast at the "Polana Dwóch Serc," which is a garden located by a over 100-year-old pergola, creating an incredible visual effect and a wonderful experience for the guests.
