The philosophy behind our Restaurant is defined around the constant pursuit of perfection, as well as ensuring that our dishes are prepared using only the best quality products. Our meals are prepared entirely from natural products delivered from local suppliers, and from our own crops.
Thanks to this you can enjoy honey from our local bee yard „Pasieka pod Lasem” kept by Master Beekeeper Czesław Piasecki, delicious cheeses made according to old family recipes in cheese dairy run by Malwina Pasternak from Lutomierz, and fresh herbs and fruit picked from our bio-garden and orchard cared for by the Palace Gardener. Our bar serves local craft beer „Sowie” produced in a Bielawa brewhouse and delightful, choice wines from local vineyards: one located in Świdnica and run by the Gut family and another in Bielawa, run by Tomasz Pawlaczek.
